Shipping Policy

At Bunch, we are committed to ensuring your flowers arrive fresh and on time. Here are the key details of our shipping policy:

Holiday Orders:

During major holidays, our store and delivery hours may vary. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least one day prior to the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, and other significant dates.

Important Information for Holiday Orders

Please note that during these busy periods, flower availability can be limited and supplier prices often increase significantly. Because of this, and due to the large number of products on our website, it may not always be possible to update all product descriptions and prices in real time. In rare cases, your bouquet may contain slightly fewer stems than listed.

Rest assured, we always aim to maintain the same overall value, fullness, and visual impact by carefully selecting high-quality flowers and arranging them with care.

Same Day Delivery:

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 5:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, Monday to Sunday. Typically, the delivery takes one to two hours.

If No One is Home:

If the recipient is not available, our delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour. We will always notify the recipient to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Leave at Door Requests:

If you request that an arrangement be left at a specific location (e.g., doorstep, porch), you assume full responsibility for the item once delivered.

Recipient Contact:

In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure they will be available to accept their delivery.
